Stage Fund, an investment firm, recently purchased GetSwift’s Product Suite, a last mile solutions platform.
They were looking for product and technology strategy across GetSwift’s product suite.
Through stakeholder/customer interviews and qualitative & market research, Double Nines helped Stage Fund prioritize the business units and their respective features.
Double Nines also provided a way forward to consolidating the businesses with a product roadmap as well as provided a variety of Go-To Market Strategies to activate new ways forward.

As we completed the qualitative interviews, research and audit, we were able to glean product market fit for GetSwift through common themes, a better understanding of the value these products provide and their current positioning. GetSwift’s product suite has proven value and with our planning and strategy, it can modernize and surpass its competitors.
As we workshopped approaches with the StageFund/Get Swift team, we were able to validate some hypothesis on the most valued features and prioritize the product roadmap against the business’ objectives and key results.
