Coop: From an MVP Product to a Scaling 5+ Year Platform Growing Every Day

Having been the product/technical partner to Coop from the beginning, Double Nines was fortunate to have started Coop from scratch. The goal was to build a useful platform in the peer to peer truck rental space without Ryder owning an asset. With this initial concept, Double Nines started with an MVP to prove out the marketplace. Coop saw immediate traction with 400 transactions within its first year. In 2022, Coop reached 400,000 transactions.

Coop has evolved in its customer base. While the platform started as a tool for small businesses to offset the costs of their vehicle assets, Fortune 100 companies have found value in Coop’s seamless platform and have leveraged Coop to keep their trucks and trailers on the road. Coop is a multi-faceted platform for Renters and Owners and it is also used by Coop’s internal team of Administrators, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Double Nines also supports a robust mobile experience on both iOS and Android.
